Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, January 31, 2021 (WAM) - Sharjah based real estate developer arada announced the launch of the developer's third project masaar, which is located in Al juwaiza'a District of new Sharjah with total sales of 8 billion dirhams. The project covers an area of 19 million square feet, including a total of 4000 villas and townhouses. Ahmed alkhoshaibi, CEO of the company, said that the first phase of the new project will be launched in November and construction will begin in the first quarter of next year. It will raise funds through a mixture of debt, equity and sales.
