Petrochemical dedicated enclosed transformer overview
Petrochemical dedicated enclosed transformer, different from ordinary oil immersed transformer, eliminates oil storage tank. The fin plate of the corrugated oil tank body serves as a heat dissipation and cooling element, and expands and contracts with the increase or decrease of the transformer oil volume, isolating the internal part of the transformer from the atmosphere, preventing oil deterioration and insulation moisture, and enhancing the reliability of operation.
The product adopts CAD design, and its performance meets IEC76.1-5 and CB1094.1-5 standards, and has passed ISO9001 quality system certification. This product has low noise, low loss, and three protection functions (moisture proof, mold proof, and salt spray proof), and can be widely used in harsh environments such as metallurgy, mining, and petrochemical. The high and low voltage casing and busbar of this product are protected by sealed boxes, and the connection part is equipped with interfaces. There are two options for users to choose from: cable entry and insulated busbar entry. It is equipped with a "telemetry" signal thermometer and pressure relay to enhance the reliability of the transformer.
