a. Inspection of oil immersed transformer
1. After long-distance transportation, the transformer will be subject to large vibration, and the body inspection is required. The transformer body inspection is divided into hanging core and hanging cover. Whether the hanging core or hanging cover, the inspection contents are consistent. The hanging core inspection shall be completed within one working day to speed up the inspection process.
2. Take the hanging core inspection as an example: ⑴ the hanging core of transformer shall be carried out indoors. If there is a tent outdoors, it is prohibited to hang the core in case of rain, snow, fog, wind and sand. (2) the temperature of the hanging core in winter shall not be lower than zero, otherwise the transformer shall be heated to make the iron core temperature 10 ℃ higher than the surrounding temperature. (3) the shorter the time the iron core is exposed to the air, the better. It shall not exceed 16 hours when the relative humidity is 65% and 12 hours when the relative humidity is 25%. The calculation time is from oil discharge to oil injection. (4) when the relative humidity of the weather exceeds 75%, it is not allowed to lift the core for inspection. (5) during the core inspection, pay attention to prevent parts and tools from falling into the oil tank.
