The project was completed on April 28, 2018 by China Construction 8th Bureau.

Hengfengyou Electric won the bid for the medium and low voltage power distribution equipment of the Oriental Movie Metropolis Theater. The project covers a construction area of about 24,000 square meters, including a theater with 1,822 seats and corresponding supporting service space.
