The Peruvian San Gavan Hydroelectric Station is located in the San Gavan District of Carabaya Province in the Puno Region of southeastern Peru. It is the downstream first level power station of the fourth level development plan for the main stream of the San Gavan River and the only water and electricity project on the second batch of early harvest projects in China Peru production capacity cooperation. After the completion of the project, it will help alleviate the power shortage in the southeastern region of Peru and promote local regional economic development.

Hengfengyou Electric has designed and produced four SF6 high-voltage Ring Main Unit for this project, including high-voltage incoming cabinets, metering cabinets, PT cabinets, and outgoing cabinets.
