Qingdao International Academician Port Phase II project is located in Licang District, Qingdao, south of Jinshui Road, east of Dongchuan Road, north of Jiushui Road and west of Licun River. The project covers an area of 182 mu, with a floor area of about 1.02 million square meters and an overground floor area of 360,000 square meters.

It is planned to construct 18 groups of academician research and development buildings that can accommodate 30 academician teams, 1 super high-rise engineering and technology center with a height of 160 meters, and 6 talent apartments. Six floors are planned underground, with each floor covering 110,000 square meters, about 660,000 square meters.

Hengfengyou Electric has completed the efficient, intelligent and connected power supply solution for the apartment building in October 2019, and it has been accepted and delivered for normal use.
